Activities
PAC
MODL established an active Political Action Committee to provide a fund to assist in the election of state officials who will be attentive to the message of the civil defense bar.
With the onset of term limits, it is more important now than ever to be involved in the legislative process.
MODL has a strong Political Action Committee that oversees the distribution of funds.
Newsletter
MODL distributes a quarterly newsletter to its members and Judges in the State.
Eligibility for Membership
To be eligible for regular membership in the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, a lawyer must:
Be in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
Devote a major portion of his/her professional time to the representation of civil defendants.
Be in general agreement with the goals of MODL.
